Easy to reply, easy to return to
RSVP is your request for guests to let you know whether they can join you on the day. With StoryInvite, they reply directly in the invitation, without creating an account or downloading an app.
Guests enter their name, whether they’re attending and who’s joining their party. You choose whether to ask about dietary needs, and guests can also leave a message. Once a reply is sent, the guest receives a personal link to return to their response.
A guest list that gives you an overview
Responses are saved automatically to your private guest list. Open or refresh the list to see the latest replies, who’s coming and your total guest count. RSVP details and dietary information are not shown to other guests.

Once the replies are gathered, it’s easier to move on with your plans. Download the guest list as CSV or PDF and use the names and party details to help arrange your seating plan.
If you ask about dietary needs, you also receive a summary of dietary choices. Together with guests’ own notes about allergies, it helps you discuss numbers and requirements with your caterer. You choose whether the dietary question appears on the form.
You decide when replies close
Set a reply deadline and choose whether to close RSVPs once it passes. With the lock enabled, guests cannot send new replies or change existing ones. Without it, the date serves as a reminder and the form stays open.
While RSVPs are open, guests can update their response using their personal reply link. Guests can always delete their own response. You can also remove individual replies from the guest list if something needs correcting.
RSVPs that fit your wedding
Choose whether to ask about dietary needs and whether guest messages appear in the invitation. You can hide an individual message through the guest list without deleting the guest’s RSVP.
If you’re collecting replies by phone, email or another way, turn the RSVP section off entirely. Guests then see no reply form. RSVPs and the guest list are included when you publish, with no charge per reply or per guest.
