Who is responsible
StoryInvite is run by Codenomix AB (Swedish company reg. no. 559431-1499), which is the data controller. You can reach us at hello@storyinvite.se.
What data we handle
- If you create an invitation: your email address and what you add to the invitation yourself, such as names, date, venue, texts and photos.
- If you reply as a guest: your name, whether you are attending, anyone coming with you and, if you choose, dietary requirements or a greeting. Your reply is shown to the couple who invited you.
Why
The data is used to provide the service: creating and showing the invitation, receiving replies and handling payment. We also use statistics on how the site is used to improve it. We use no advertising cookies, only those the site needs to work, such as for signing in.
Who receives the data
We use providers for hosting, sign-in, payments and email, and they only process data on our behalf. If data is handled outside the EU, it is protected by the safeguards the law requires.
How long
We do not keep data longer than needed. Guest replies are deleted automatically a few months after the event, and the invitation no later than a year after the event. You can delete your account at any time under Account.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@storyinvite.se. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se) or the supervisory authority where you live.
